After seemingly straight forward cases were denied by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, a secret inquiry was made by the Taskforce for a Free America. Under condition of anonymity many sources revealed that a new secret law has been signed by the House of representatives that allows the USCIS to access your Facebook profiles and other online profiles to see if you have made any Anti American comments. Non confirmed sources have indicated that the following classes of applications are affected

Many organizations which stand for freedom of speech have denounced this practice and have pointed out that the US is becoming more of a Police state than the free state that the founding fathers have depicted via the constitution.

Rebublicans have hailed this new law as patriotic. Senator George Lehner from Ohio has criticized the House for not approving it earlier. "If we had checked the social networks of many would be terrorists before granting them visas, a lot of American lives could have been saved.'" He said.

After this finding was released by the WikiLeaks, the facebook servers experienced a huge surge in web traffic from would be applicants who rushed to delete their past comments.

The wikiLeaks is not sure at this point if the USCIS is able to access deleted comments and statuses.

Facebook moghul Mark Zuckerberg denies any knowledge of this and has not returned any telephone calls to discuss this matter.
