That is true.  It is more probable to run into handsome and smart Indian than a Nepali of same calibre.  But that is because of the population factor: there are 48 times more Indians than Nepalis.  

If you are to quantify those attractive qualities on per capita basis, I believe a Nepali would rank much much much higher than an Indian.
