And I have one suggestion, a strict dress code should be enforced, so as to thwart any attempts from local huliyas and gundas from crashing the event. Also, profanity and flirtatious comments with sexual undertones should be discouraged. 

One more thing, given that this is an arranged event targeted towards people looking for a relationship,  there will be a natural tendency
for the birds of the same feather to flock together, that is, brahmins and chettris will seek brahminns chettris, Newwars will accost Newwarrs Mongols will look for their Soltinis and so on. How will you address this issue? I'm sure you won't "officially" regulate that, but keeping that in mind to arrange some sort of proportional representation (just like the CA :)) might be a good idea...i'm just sayin'..don't call me racist, i'm merely accounting for an unfortunate reality in Nepali society.
