As far as I remember, it was in newspapers few months back that the accused senior officials have denied receiving any pressure from politicial leadership and senior officials at the Home Ministry during the CIAA interrogations. And, obviously there will be no formal/written proof of senior officials at MoH as the wrongdoing was at the implementation of the procurement (paying out the contractor), So i dont think any minister or high level officer at MoH will be indicted in this case.
