You are wrongly interpreting the news.
Yes I understand many CA Members have not returned the passport within the stipulated time frame. But the punishment in this round is targeted at those who "SOLD" the diplomats passport. There is a big difference between selling it and just not returing in time.
You also indicated that only people from minority background are targeted. Here you have to understand that it was not targeted to people from minority but all those who "SOLD" it happend to be from minority. If you think only people from minority were targeted than there are must other people from minority group in माओवादीका १ सय १८, नेपाली कांग्रेसका ८१, नेकपा एमालेका ७६, मधेसी जनाधिकार फोरमका ४६, तराई मधेस लोकतान्त्रिक पार्टीका १८, राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र पार्टीका ७, नेकपा मालेका ६, सदभावना पार्टीका ५ र अन्य साना दलका ५४ जना who didnt returned in time. So you are not seeing the whole picture.
As from your login name "SHUKLA", I understand that you represent the same minorty background to most of those who have been involved in thiscase. As an learned educated person you should be rising above this caste system and think of the broader picture i.e. after a long time some of these corrupt leaders are being trailed by law and we should promote them not play dirty politics.
You may think that I may replied this post coz I represent the Majority. Majority what majority, Nepal is a secular state with Yadav (one from minority) as President and Jha (one from minority) as vice president, Yadav (one from minority) as Deputy PM and Foreign Minister and the list goes on.... Every single minority group have political party but the so called majority group does not even have such a party. If you have vision and skills, you will thrive anywhere. The frog needs to come out from the well to see the world.
