First, as a decent US graduate stop using jargon in your post. WTF is FE???. Though I know it, you should be generous to let all those who visit your thread know with simpliest words what you mean. Second, if there is mandatory rule of having evaluation done............how did you even come up with an idea of waiver. However, nepalese curriculum offer far more stronger course load to compete with US class. Basically, they (US) want you to spend few hundred bucks you have saved in your saving/checking account before their silly administraction can stamp your curriculum validation. Sorry, for you. We are just a victim. BUt surely your course is far more better enough to have validation.
