I am going to call this incident a " Wag the Dog" incident for the way this issue got blown up as an example of honesty and the way it is being blown up as a fraud.

I hope Prachande, Jhale and other India Dalaals are not busy passing some important law in Nepal while media blows this tiny event out of proportion.
