My H1B is expiring in another 11 months or so. My employer filed my lobor as the first step of GC but they (lobor off.) decided auditing the process. I heard this audit could take upto 2 years to get final decision. In this situation, can I still work in H1B until getting labor's decision or can H1B be renewed in yearly basis???
