WTF you talking about, he work on cash and wanted to file a tax, is that a problem to you? Yes, he can file tax as self-employed. If he is audited by IRS, he will face it and will do what ever he need to do it. But why you are bithcing all over. What so funny about it? Your mentality is like this "पर पिडनम रती साधनम" meaning " gives the greates satisfaction than sex , seeing other suffer or in pain" That is you.
