firs tthing first, they need to approve the dual citizeship. i talked to an iranian taxt driver the other day and even Iran allows dual citizenship. if Nepal is not going to allow that then forget about investment , green card holders would wait till they become citizens and sell their property back home to bring money over and i don't blame them, after all who would like to invest in a country which does not even want you there.
