Nepal Telecom is the type of agency that is monopolizing the telecom industry in Nepal and has been doing so for a long time. While most of the world embraced the VoIP service as one of the top communication and technical advancement, NTA has yet to recognize the advantages of such services. Too much government restriction and regulation has cost Telecom industry to suffer quite a bit in Nepal. Hopefully they can come to terms and realize that restriction is not the solution to the impending telecom problem.
