it depends on which state you live. From my recent experience, what i have noticed is that fees varies widely among the surgeons so  try to find the list of the surgeons in your area and give them a call.

try to contact dhoti/paki whom you can bargain with. Beside, if you have immunization record, it will save a lot of bucks.
