A man lives on the 21st floor of an apartment building. Every day he takes the elevator to the ground floor, goes to work and comes home. But instead of going straight to the 21st floor he goes to the 14th floor and walks the remaining 7 floors. On rainy days, he goes straight to 21st floor.
Why?
