The above post makes me sad by virtue of its sheer stupidity. Don't know where to start the deconstruction but I'll make an attempt.

Let's start with 'theory'. One might propose a Hypothesis; it takes experimental evidence and concomitant reproducibility to establish a theory.

Mutation has bacteria as 'aide'? Ever heard of UV light? The host-pathogen interactions are already established phenomena. If you had referred to co-evolution of interacting proteins, I could have offered you benefit of doubt. And certain time/place? Last time I checked, everything happens at a certain time/place. Such is the nature of nature.

Genome sequence 'immune' to drugs or infectious agents? I could stab myself for this. Do you even know how small molecules or infectious agents work?

Bottom line: Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must remain silent

If this is out of curiosity as to what the fascinating topics in molecular biology are, then you might receive some input; otherwise a person who cannot even think of a proposal topic is not to be trusted for its execution. Let's leave it at that.

Sajha used to be different only a few years ago. Oh, how the times have changed!
