Its pretty easy.
1. Eat a lot of white rice.
2. Eat plenty of carbs.
3. Add extra oil,butter in everything you eat.
4. Eat plenty of Sugar, Soda, Flavored Juices.
5. Drink a lot of alcohol.
6. Don't exercise.
Do quite the opposite if you wish to lose weight.
