While Pancheshwor is better than the status-quo, the provision mostly favors India. Also, the idea that the bordering river (Mahakali) should be shared between India and Nepal is utter nonsense. Mahakali belongs to Nepal according to each and every treaty we have in the past, except for the latter ones signed by Girija and others. Mahakali belongs to Nepal and Nepal alone and we should be getting the required benefits. How to enforce it diplomatically is the biggest question.
