So who do we really favor here?

The Chaudhary Daku who wants to evade Multi Arab Rupees in Taxes or allgedly corrupt government worker??

As this story keeps on growing....it makes me wonder why this story has been blownout to this proportion.  This is not the first time Indians have/wanted to evade taxes in Nepal and also not the first time a corrupt official want things done his way. This looks like a bigger game than what it appears.
