even if she did it intentionally i mean milimato then also its insane. she is supposed to share it with her husband. i am really soory for you brother. i know nothing can be done for emotional damage but only thing i can suugest you is how about you discuss her about your money back. or since  you have every record of your marriage and other papper stuff why dont you find a good lawyer and sue her for the fraud and most importantly ruining your life. make sure you notify australian government as well and bring her down. she deserves worst.
