You are rite Gorkhey. Bam Bahadur (brother of Jung Bdr) was assigned as the commander of the Nepale army to attack Tibetians in Digarcha. Initially his company fought very gallantly with bhotes but got cordoned later on. Jung Bdr got this message from a messenger. Furious, he snatched that messenger's sword and rode to Tibet with reserve force kept in ktm. He attacked tibetians so fiercly that they retrated and gave in to Nepal government. 
If a government cannot provide public security, it has no right to rule.
