You sound like you did nothing wrong. Here,  you are not accepting you drink and drive. Why did you get behind the wheels when you were drunk? I hate drunk drivers who is risking innocent lives. I hope you get maximum charges and learn a lesson and not drive drunk in the future. Also, Don't you know if someone was killed during the accident (doesn't matter it's your fault or others'), you could get at least 20 years in prison for intoxication manslaughter for each casualty? Drinking and driving, you can't afford it, don't drink n drive next time.
I suggest you go to the court and accept your guilt.
