Hey my friends,

I have a H1 question to ask. I am working as a software consultant to a company from an indian consultancy. I have this contract to the end of April. But, I need to file H1 this April anyhow. So, in your experience what would you say - to do H1 from indian consultancy. They say that they will run my payroll even if I am at the bench. I am in such a dilemma. Also, if I get job in a decent company by myself, will I be able to transfer my H1 ?

Could you please share your experience ?
