Ask her out for other stuffs than usual Library and Books, like going to Movies (or surprize her with some Bollywood dhamka movie in Theater "get ticket first"), Dinner at fancy Restaurant and so on.....If you think it's too early for this then goto College games, Basketball or Football, this would be playing safe, or watch movies together [Hindi or Foreign, you know do something different but within your range] and I am sure you'll get hang of it (what she wants) from it.

Oh, and inviting you over for dinner with parents doesn't imply she's into you though :-| [atleast in premature phase]
