Yeh bro I feel the same.Though I have been living here for 4 yrs sometimes I feel I haven't improve that much. I can speak fluently but I can feel my Nepali accent . So, When I speak with others I try to speak slowly so that they understand me wat Im sayin.Beside that mostly we speak Hindi with Boss and spainish with spainish customer and Nepali at home. So, these might be some other reasons that are blocking us from learning english accent properly.
Have u ever notice Mexicans or latinos they say they have been living this country for 30 yrs but they barely speak english coz they never feel the importance and willingness of learning english language . So, bro we should keep on mind that English is our second language .
