If u are having itchy throat which is causing the cough, then go an get some over the counter medicine with antihistamine and i am sure u will feel a lot a better after taking one or two pill. I usually take benadryl. You will feel sleepy after taking it.
ANd of course good old style of hot water,,hot soup,,tiger balm,.vicks,, steaming always does the magic.
