"Today, almost 7 days after issuing tickets, I found that  Landlocked.com has charged my CC  exactly what they told in the booking email."  But that is what a genuine company is suppose to do.  You should not feel good when a company charger your cc exactly the amount they sold for.  In Lyause case here they over charge his CC and after 5 months they have not made any refund.  To me that is not bad customer service but stealing money from customer.  If I were lyause, I would contact better business bureau @ www.bbb.org
