One of the guys in Nepal had a "kid's 1 billion dollar bill" and he was spreading the rumor in the town that he would be able to cash it only if he gets the "silver billion dollar coin".

Not surprisingly, almost everyone thought the guy was not a crook.  And people say Nepal is on the way to "pragati"?
