 This is the one of the worst consultancy they will tell that they can sponsor your H1B and postpone next year and never
file H1 B and management is bad and they cheat the guys ,beware of it.

This is the worst firm I have come across.


 Man never dare to join this firm. The director sucks. Marketing is ok .. soooo greedy abt money!

I never recommend this!

heir strategy is to bring anyone into the company without checking their background and then see if the person learns everything on his own with minimal or NO training given. The worst part is that these guys does not give a damn care if you are on the bench. I know people who have been in the company on the bench since more than one year and they got so many consultants on bench, its not even funny.

Hi,

I completely dis agree with the above comments. i am consultant of Techno Soft since 2004 and last week i got my GC too.
There will be PROS and CONS for everything. Some people like it and some people don't. By seeing the above comments
i came to a conclusion that these are written by one guy. I guess he had a bad experience, but still i feel tht there
might be a strong reason behind it otherwise the management wouldn't act so harsh to wards them. Every one is
greedy for Money, even me too. They are not running a charity organisation, they are doing business.

Hey Consultant, have you heard about a ponzi scheme. The guy who gets early in the scheme will have a great time making

money and more attention given to him but once it keeps growing, these old consultants are in the box seats as for the
new consultant(students), they are working really hard to get placed and no interest is shown on them. That is what
exactly is happening here. Why recruit when you do not provide the necessary tools to support the new recruit. And 2004
is long back ago, every guy on this IT bandwagon with multi-descplines in 2004 are much better off.
