I am thinking about moving to the bay area-south; sunny vale or san jose area. 
How are these areas for universities and work ??? Have been living in southern states and I know that bay area is more expensive than the southern areas. But, whats the normal cost for a single bedroom apt? I don't need an awesome apt right now coz I will be looking for job too. So, can you guys help me with naming some of the low-cost apts?
How easy is it to find a job if you got papers?
