that's why the incentive needs to be small enough that doesn't break your business but helps you no matter how many times it is used and big enough that people want to use it. I'm not sure what  business you are operating but think about it like this. If a restaurant puts out a coupon for $5 off $25, they've got nothing to lose if people keep coming back with coupons.
