SInce you asked it thrice, I am giving my opinion with a disclaimer that I know nothing about I-589 process.
My guess is that you have been working here "not legally" and you haven't used SSNO for your work. If that's true, then just say N/A in that section. If you have used your SSNO or have worked under OPT/CPT then put that in.
