Thank you for the support guys. just few more stupid questions: if i go back to nepal without paying anything(credit card, phone bills) is it gone affect me by any means in Nepal. Over here, whatever happens, i wont' worry about anything coz i don't have any intention to come back.

I heard that if we write a cheque which would bounce, that would be an offense and that's why i m asking this question? Is that applies to credit card and phone bills too? will they gone mark it as credit card fraud or something like that for not paying the credit card? and also what about the fee that is due on my college?
