We have two different case here. Bikash email was managed by kantipur IT department ( but gmail ) and maybe monitered . But in ajay and tulsi's case email sent and received cant be traced and tracked unless yahoo stands and proves its validity( which is very unlikely). But bikash email was traced and validated by kantipurs IT department
