I have to go visit Nepal and get stamped there but my case is bit different and complicated. i have h1b extension thru IT consulting company. I still have my job in client place but the prblem is mero court ko lafda cha...its not DWI but misdemeanor( petty theft for very very small $$...fingerprint sabai liyo) but case is expunged and court record chaina..but immigration will be able to see it..what to do in this situation..kati ko chance cha....pls help...any suggestions idea....
