Hey frens, Is it appropriate to study biology(interested major) in TOTAL FREE(100%) in some 3rd tier university of rural area of Louisiana, or is it best to study electrical engineering(looking at the job prospects), paying some thick bucks(like 8000/year) to the university in a urban area?? P.S---am not that good in engineering as in biology, but still I know that i can get some good grades even if i study engineering!!!!
