This is Bullshit. Paras is not a prince anymore, therefore does not have the authority to go around town brandishing guns. Much less go on firing that thing.  To the the BHEDAS here lauding Paras' chartikalaa are praising their misplaced Patriotism.  I am not a fugging fan of the Koirala clan but this is no way to show it.  PARAS SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IF YOU WANT TO FOLLOW THE LAWS OF NEPAL.  NO FAVORTISM HERE.  IF PEOPLE WANT TO GO AFTER THE KOIRALAS GO IT THE LEGAL WAY.  WE DON"T NEED VIGILANTES RUNNIG AMOK IN NEPAL.  TO BRING STABILITY IN NEPAL WE NEED TO ESTABLISH LAW AND ORDER FIRST.
