listen guys ...instead of spending 1000 dollar a year on a stupid programme like this i would suggest one to get a return flight to sudan and stay there for three weeks...and feel the pain of  loosing weight not just because you want to but you have no other choice....so stop promoting this stupdiness through sajha.......jathaaaa
