If your company is sponsoring H1B then you need to act quick. The numbers are running low and USCIS stopped accepting H1B applications last year around third week of December. Read the follwing thread I started 4 months back. I was in the same siutation like you, but my H1B was filed last week (premium processing). Still haven't gotten the receipt no. though.
