In order to qualify for H-1B visa, you must have US equivalent to Bachelor's degree which can be obtained through academic course work or experience. One year of university education is equivalent to 3 years of work experience in the related field. So do your math and see what position is being offered to you. If you have 2-year education here in the US along with degree from Nepal plus at least relevant 3 yrs of work experience could result into US equivalent Bachelor's degree.
