This is what I did.

I bought a laptop from Dell and when I received it, I returned it the next day(their 21 days policy).

Later contacted them and told that the card I used to pay is closed.So, they sent me the cheque for the full amount. It took probably like 8 days for eveything.

No fee No interest No nothing..
