I don't think my parents can send me money from moneygram because what I know is that western union or moneygrams are just to receive money in Nepal, not to send money from Nepal to abroad. I may be wrong. What I have heard is that we need some documents from education ministry or something like that which is a long process. I am in urgent need of money. Do you think moneygram sends money without any documents? Or, is there any option?
