H-1B visa stamping in Kathmandu
Kathmandu has received a copy of Hyderabad Consulate 221 (g) requirements. This is very through and will ask to provide company's tax returns; quarterly payroll tax returns, list of non immigrant employees along with W-2s; photos of business premises and much more. If you are applying for the visa, do make sure to have the followings:
1) Prove your F-1 status through uninterrupted I-20s; degree and transcripts and thereafter OPT.
2) Prove your bonafide employment history through W-2s matching H-1B LCA as well as bank statement to show that you did receive the salary as stated in the underlying LCA.
3) Folks working at the IT consulting or third party client site must also provide end client letter which will be verified by the Embassy through its Kentucky Office. The end client letter must include the job description as well as email and phone number of contact person.
4) If you have any court cases, do make sure to carry the certified court decree.
Good Luck!
