Comcast is 20 times bigger than FIOS so, there is no way, fios can beat comcast price, find little bit of ur time if ur not happy with ur bill and call back and explain. Comcast is #1 in price cut back, I know they will find the solution for you. They are launching $19.99 hsd performance ( 6 mb) , which  is way cheaper then fios $44.00, digital starter for $29.99 ( means over 80 channels). Sometime you won't see the deal online, you have to call and just say ur not happy with bill and want the bundle which fits your budget.Bottom line,  I can bet you, FIOS can't beat COMCAST, in any Line of Business (Video, Internet, Phone).
