Though buying a-year-or-so old car is a good idea, I don't like to go for it. And it's because I have seen so many problems with two of my previous used cars. 

Bhojpure01, I currently have a vehicle like in your link. So, I am in no way will choose pre-owned car.

I just need an economic and 0 mile car, I am even fed up of fueling premium gas.

Is civic 2010 exl w/nav a good car? What is the best price for it? I want to decide the price at home, first and then like to go to the dealers. Otherwise the dealers are so "chutiya" that it is almost impossible to convince them for anything. I am thinking to pay no more than 21,500 for it if I decide to buy it.

As of now, Civic exl w/nav is on top of my list. How good is it as compared to other new cars? ( any cars but not the used ones).
