This is the most difficult issue. From my point of view, there is always politics related religion, culture and race but the educated people should always discourage these kind of politics. But at the same time, every religion, culture and race should get equal right and opportunity to flourish in a system. So, it is a balance thing, in one side always discourage to this politicians and these politics  but at the same time, the government should give equal give equal opportunity to every race, religion and culture, so that they never think we are minority. It can be only done with long democratic practice. In the underdeveloped country like ours, there is always chances to have these kind of politics because people are poor and uneducated and they don't know what is wrong and right.
