I got selected and sent the DS-230 and DSP-122 to KCC, choosing to do CP. Now it looks like I will have trouble travelling outside the country until my DV interview despite my valid F-1 visa. Anybody has had a similar experience?

BTW, anybody knows of a good immigration lawyer familiar with F1/DV issues in the New York area?
