Again the king Birendra was the head of the Army. The country was run by Birendra. The PM was a pure chamcha who could not do anything to quell the Maoists because the king did not allow Girija to use the Army to fight the Army. Then Girija had to establish Armed Police Force to fight against the Maoists. The king did not want the PM to be in charge of the Army. Hence virtually, king Birendra knowingly or unknowingly defended the Maoists.
Only in 2007 (I think) the king was totally removed and the Army was brought under the PM, or under the President. Here lies the real knot, Mr Shit. Even now the Army does not want to be under the civilian rule, but has to be, as our Army is nothing but a police force heavily dependant on Indian sympathy.

Real rule by the people for the people is brewing, Mr. Shit. The Army is effectively dickless now, although Mr. Katawal tried to show his tiny dick, albeit under sympathy from India.
