This is pathetic, 460 views and no help. We are quick to comment and criticize somebody else, we complain that Nepalese don't treat Nepalese equally and start cursing. But  when it comes to helping nobody steps forward.

Dear sir/madam

This letter is to request the consulate to issue me a new passport since I am no longer in possession of my original passport.  The passport was recently lost yet no police report has been filed and because of my status in US I am requesting the consulate to consider this letter and the remaining documents attached as my formal application for issuing a new passport.
I would highly appreciate a prompt response from the consulate and am attaching copy of my citizenship card, copies of my old passport and visa.
