My parents visa was issued an May 2010 ( 5 months ago) for 5 years and is multiple entry. Due to some family problem, they have not made any trip to America. Now, everything is going normal and I have decided to call them here after the great festival. I guess that would be on Nov last or Dec first. Is there any immigration / Uncle Sam's law to enter US within certain specific period after issuance of Visa ?
I am hearing from some folks that they must enter the country withing 6 months of issuance, it it right ?
If they are right, does it make any difference if they are few days or weeks behind the 6 months deadline ?
Please, share your experience and clear my confusion.
