YOU choose to work for them, what do you expect from these suckers. They know about your situation and try tpo take advantage.. also imagine how will you pay for your shcool if you didnt have that job? So even so you have to go through all their bullshit be thankful atleast you are getting paid for school and dont have to ask money from home. 

But bro I completelty understand your situation. We have no choice. I have also been through the same crap like you. But bro dont work too hard that the hard earned money you put into school, you not even getting anything out of it. It is the problem with most students. they work their arse off like 12+ hour shifts and they just snooze in school or bunk classes. Whats the point right? For every semester you fall behind, you are loosing like 25k that you could be making after you graduate, considering you get a job. But its not a perfect world. What I am trying to say is, dont work so much that it affects your school. Your study is the most important thing. After all it is why you have to take all this crap.
