I donn know how u ppl define customer service as, its not abt bad customer service, its abt ur attitudes dick heads. U take out ur frustrations which make u feel bad. If the quality of food is gud, then ull definately like to go to tht place again n again. All matters is gud service, if u think tht ull satisfy when hosts come to u all the time wid her mouth open wide then go find some strippers club. N those who compain abt the spices,donn u see salt n pepper in ur table to add to ur satisfaction.
And to talk abt the price,donn compare to those nasty indian restaurants who sells disgusting food. I think market competition should be fair, but donn compromise in ur quality for the quantity. As u cannt satisfy each customer, u have to give ur best shot. N personally i think this new management is doing great. Business is all about patience, if u fail then ur business will turn down.
